Default Quick wraith suspension lowering

Is it trun that all I have to do is switch the suspension mounts on axle to lower suspension a bit

yes you can just flip the lower mounts and move your shocks on the top mounts. you can also flip your upper shock mount in the rear. i have a few pics in my build thread of mine i believe.

Yes, it's true. You have to flip it upside down.
