It seems to me that the rear would benefit more from a sway bar than the front. When your hammering down on the throttle most of the vehicle weight is on the rear axle. Also then crawling it may help prevent the rear axle from walking under the rig when articulating. This would still allow the front to have a good amount of travel for crawling, while the rear sway keeps the rig in check. I also worry if you were to run both front and rear it might give the rig too much of a "torsion" feel, which I don't want.

Just my thoughts.
I was thinking the same thing... I like to keep my springs as soft as possible, but on the Wraith I've had to stiffen up the rear springs a lot to cut down on torque twist and get it to climb decently... Seems the rear sway bar would work great for this... I like the front to do most of the articulating anyway.

I hope you are kidding......because I was.

I installed the front arms with the softest rear bar.
The front bar is too wide.
I did this because I feel the softest setting for the rear is still a bit too stiff.
So I used the front arms for extra leverage on the bar.
So far I like it. Still on the stiff side but it will do the job I want it too.

Hey Hey!
Basic kit from team3six but I had to do some rework on the brackets as well as bending them up.
But even with the kit you have to cut & sew up the straps.
It did make life a little easier.

Finaly got to try mine out today on asphalt with the front and rear sway bars installed, solid bars take all of the torque roll out of her, running traxxas brushless as a basher. It seemed to crawl ok over some tree roots and sand bags. Next weekend I'll try to find some rocks to crawl over.

I would of liked to run it (longer bar would be technically softer)but it put the arms too far out & caused shock interference.

Interesting.
When I put that bar on mine the linkage got into the springs & spring retainers.
Glad it works out good for you.

I got my front set last week and tried the softest rod first. Loved the way it changed my rig. I didn't loose too much on the articulation. But after about three packs I noticed the body was starting to roll a little more than when I first installed the kit. I think the rod started to break in. I'm just about to take it out again for a spin today. I only got the front set from axial. One of the better upgrades for the wraith. I think Axial should have it in the kit from the start.

Can anyone measure the length of the lever arm on the Axial kit? cc torsion bar mounting hole to the very end both front and rear (if they are different length).
The reason is because I'm not sure if they will fit with the Gmade XD piggyback dampers.

I bought the Axial kit for the front of the Wraith. Arms are about 1 3/4" on centers.

is it possible to make this one on your own, possibly using Piano wire or something?
45.00 for this kit (Ea.) is a touch steep imo for a swaybar setup.

The diameter of the Axial rods is 3/32". If you can make your own lever arms and drill/tap for a set screw, you should be good.

Thanks! I can confirm that the front kit will fit with the Gmade dampers, but the rear kit will have a conflict with the piggyback reservoir if the arms are the same length as the front.
