I couldn't get the video to open. I clicked desktop and usually that works, but all it did was take me to my homepage and I couldn't find it. Maybe I'll try Rivas' channel and see if I can get it there. I did see your trailer loading though. Question, does your trailer have a sprung axle or is it stationary?

New vids are uploading. Rearranged one of my spots out back for some better crawling and a Launch Pad for wheel spinning wheelie action.

Love the new vids Clay... and this thing looks more and more scale everytime I see it...

I still think this is my favourite build I've seen in my short time here... your's and Bulldogs Screamin II are true works of art...

Figured out why the driver front shock was leaking so bad, the damn lower cap was almost all the way unscrewed. Was hoping to take this and "Bipolar" out to run with "To The Point" this weekend but need to rebuild all the shocks and not really feeling up to the task. Plus my Twin Hammers rig "Bipolar" was broke straight out of the box.

What was wrong with the twin hammer?

Shock preload collar was broke on one of the front shocks rendering it useless till I get a replacement or find a substitute. It's allowing me to get all my panel proto work done but I want to run the damn thing.

I don't know if I told you or not, but when I was running my southern buggy, I almost lost two days of driving because my shock shafts came loose. They were the last things I would think of loosening up? First the collars, then the shafts from the screw end! It happened twice and I noticed it starting on the other two shocks as well. Luckily I found all the parts strewn throughout the sand and had tools to put it all back together. But from now on, a little locktite on EVERYTHING! Bummer about Bipolar.

Yeah it sucks, but being broke down is a good thing for me(or customers) cuz it gives me a chance to just focus on work and new product development without the distraction of being able to play.

Is that why my axles took 2 1/2 years to show up?

Of course I'm kidding. As John Denver said...."Fiddle when you can, work when you should...THANK GOD I'M A COUNTRY BOY!"

Haha Gregg!!!
All good things for those who wait.
I'm fixing to buy several machines to put at my house to make things more efficient and keep everything in house.
But anyways....
Just like this pic. Wish VP would offer the diff cover with the extra hardware

Rebuilding the shocks for a fun run tomorrow. Had to take a break from the panel work.

Got the new bead look rings mounted on my 1:1 so we can access all the good spots in the park. Was a beating torquing all the bolts.

Loaded up

Bought time for some new skins

Had a blast today running the trucks and got some decent video also. Was pretty successful as far as breakage also.
Only lost one knuckle screw(trail repair) in a basically stock Wraith, loose motor wire on the Wraith, one Maxx shaft in the truggy(trail repair), a head light grille on my sons rig that I loaned out for the day, and a broke upper link bolt on the 1:1.
Do need to ditch the slipper completely from my truck though. It ended up backing off a bit by the end of the day making simple stuff not possible. Also stripped the front axle down when I got home and added set screws to the C hubs for added security. Shocks worked much better also with the new oil and fresh rebuild.

Southern Comfort will be goin up for sale in the coming weeks. I have had an absolute blast with it, been honored to have Adam Woodlee and Ricky Baker share it through the 1:1 world, and help show the skills that the vendors on this forum have to offer.
Will be selling it as a roller only.
Going to strip it down, repaint the chassis, fresh panels, and give her a fresh bearing rebuild from Fast Eddy.
I will include the final parts description in the for sale ad when I get it posted.
I will notify you here when that time comes so please don't hound me with pms about price and when. Name: ImageUploadedByTapatalk1363540745.141351.jpg

Well the truck has been sold to a customer of mine, not sure what his screen name here is. I will be stripping it down and giving it a complete refresh before shipping it off to sunny California.

5 star build...one of the best on the site. You should be proud of your work and the new owner should be proud to own a piece of scale perfection. I'm glad to have enjoyed the ride. Nice work Clay. Keep us posted on the the next build.
