Default Turn my Wraith a good "Deep crawler"

Hello

I have my wraith with brushless toro 4 poles & Esc hobbywing wp80A

It's very good setup for route and light crawler. More crawler is dificult because the small cogging don't permit me drive with precission.

Some time ago I thinking about make my wraith more crawler.

I think that a brushed HPI 35T & quickrun WP1080 maybe be a good setup for can make "Deep" crawler with my Wraith.

Please, what does you think about this.

Actually I have my scx10 with brushed hpi 35T & Esc axial ae2 and I'm Happy with it's crawlers capacities.

Sorry for my English....upssss

BIG THANKS

If you like the way your SC10 performs with the brushed motor in it, then The Wraith would do just as well. A Traxxas Titan 21t motor actually works really well in a bigger truck. And actually performs better on 3s lipo than 2.

You could use the same quicrun ESC in The Wraith that you have in your SCX10

I've had really good success with Holmes Hobbies BR-XL ESC and 35T Torquemaster set up for crawling. If you want a bit more wheel speed and power, you could go with the 13T CrawlMaster motor as well. It requires more frequent brush replacement, but it's a great motor. Prior to going brushless, that's what I ran in my Wraith and it worked awesome. (BR-XL ESC and 13T CrawlMaster).
