Default Crawler Innovations Extended tran outputs

I bought these to use with the VP Trans Case, has anyone had issues with the bearing being very tight and not sliding over the outputs?

I did have the same issue when I assembled mine. I used a little emery cloth to clean it up. I also had the same issue when I went to install the MIP drive shafts. Funny thing is both fitment issues occured on the longer output shaft.
All is well after the minor repair.

Are you using the stock wraith transmission?

Is the back of your output flat or does it have a high spot in the center?

If its not flat, contact Eddie, he had some come in mismachined. I forget how much I removed, but cases would not shut.

Thank you for your post and I am glad you got this worked out. I did have a few of the early run outputs get mailed out to customers and the tolerances were off. I believe everyone of those has been accounted for. The tight bearing tolerance is frustrating. I have noticed certain brands seem to fit better than other or are more consistent in fit. I used the emery cloth myself with no issues. If you outputs get rusty you may have to use the emery cloth again.

I am also aware of tolerance issues with MIP drive shaft yokes. I have seen some yokes that are not drilled deep enough and would not allow the output to line up the cross pin hole. I have also noticed some of the yokes are to tight to install because the thickness of heat treated coating.
