My Wraith build..... So I got my RTR back in May. Of course I had to upgrade it first, so I got the Axial aluminum links installed and new steering links. Hated the fact that the steering links kept getting hung up on rocks so I changed it out to a suicide steer and love it. Performs great and have no issues with it at all. Some of my fellow club members have it as well and are happy with the change also. Decided I needed some more torque and less speed so I changed out the motor and pinion/spur. Got the Axial 27T and a 32p 60/10 gear set. I really like this setup as it gives me plenty of torque to just creep up rocks, but it still has a bit of wheel speed when needed. Then decided to get a decent set of wheels and tires. Settled on a set of Rockstar beadlocks and some PIT BULL ROCK BEAST® XORTM 2.2's. Wow.....do these things work great. I also decided to get the soft 1 lb/inch springs. Doesn't do much for the jumps, but I really like the way it now hugs the rocks. Ok....now for some pics First pic's http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8452/8...8ba9c707_c.jpg New wheels/tires http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8444/8...5b2af340_c.jpg Latest rock shoot..... http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8039/8...2887d007_c.jpg http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8316/8...eb724f67_c.jpg http://farm9.staticflickr.com/8443/8...105145f7_c.jpg |

I really like the wide open treads design for my lose dirt and rocky terrains but I have found many info and experiences with this tire. any other rcc fellow using this tire? |
