Numero 3! Only two more left on the list....till I open the flood gates again Mark is a good friend of mine, and after attempting to steal that last two I built, he is finally getting his way. Time for his rendition of my chassis My favorite part about building this chassis, is that everybody has their own little twist that they do to em. I love that! Pictures to come in a minute.... |

Are you using solid rod or actual tube? And what are you using to bend it?

Man, I have not had much time for anything after work lately, but I got a little more accomplished It's a small update, but it is an update! I got the rear cage finished with the spreaders in |

| Re: Letsgojeep's Full steel wraith, by ScaleReady Fastback style This is really a better look to the chassis than the stock styling, in my opinion Quote:
I use 3/16" cold rolled solid stock I use a variety of different diameter home-made dies to get the desired bends. Nothing fancy over here | |

Nice chasis you make. Are you taking orders or any idea when a new list is going to start ?

Chassis is looking good. Mine took a beating this last weekend. I rolled it one time about 30-40 ft down a 1:1 trail and the only damage was one of the bumper supports bent and of course chipped paint. The added weight of the steel chassis wasn't even really noticeable. I am interested to see how others build their chassis's. |

This one has boatsides now! Shock mounts on. We will be putting another set of shock mounts up higher also. These boatsides were tricky, but I think they came out good. I need to open up the access holes a bit more to get a button head screw in there, but over-all, they're done. |
