Ordered my Proline Powerstroke shocks today...Once they are installed I will add the sway bars to the lower links and test it out...I wanted a soft but strong shock so soak up the landings and squat during excelleration and braking. Depending on what kind of torque twist I get with the new shocks I might do a double sway bar in the front.

Also here is a sneak peak at what is coming soon...

I really like these shocks...Im going to use them on my Diablos now...the front shorter ones...Got the truck cleaned up a lil bit and put the wheels, tires and bodies back on...it sits a tad higher but the stance is perfect now IMO...I used 35wt oil so Ill see how it drives before I do the sway bars

Good shocks are always nice! Do you know the overall width or perhaps have a straight pic from the front so I can see what you wheel offset is?

My wheels, tires, open diff parts, and everything is arriving/arrived today! Your truck is narrower than i thought but thats good becasue itll be less stress on the knuckles/hubs. ive got an old brand new axail cf-100 body that im going to use to build a truck like captain curse. I'm pretty excited.

im also curious as to how well the open diffs will hold up because i plan i beating the hell out of mine, with a pro4 4000kv on 3s mine is definatly gonna be rough on stuff.

i know GCM makes an aluminum diff cup for the exo that will work but im also curios if we can even remotely seal the diff since its only a 2 gear setup and we dont have drive cups that are permenantlly installed to the diff like an exo.

I had a set of rc4wd wideners on it and it was 15.5" wide, It wasnt a problem but I wanted to see how it was without the wideners...Im using TXT wheels with TXT hubs...

I had the chassis built with a 540 can in mind so I cant go any bigger, just more KV...You could probably run most 550 cans with no problem. I know HPI wheely king Diffs fit right in the axles too. So far everything has held up well. I put 32p gears in and geared it higher to get more speed from the 3900kv motor...no heat issues either

This is so awesome. I am planning on building one too after I read Dan Higgins build on the "modern monster truck". I was going to base mine off the WK chassis, wraith trans and axles. You did a great job with this. Keep the updates coming!
