Kingclod feel free to link my build over there for those guys to see if you want.

I'm running 600 slw hubs in the wheels and it puts me a hair under 15" wide and barely allows for full steering.

Dude, awesome. Great work on the chassis. Can't wait to see it in action.

The guys over at RCMT would eat this up, you should sign up over there. Lot's of scale MT nerds over there...

Awesome build!

I know this is late but most guys running open Axial and Wheely King diffs have switched over to these internal diff gears.

TowerHobbies.com | HPI Racing Gear Differential Bevel Gear 13T/10T

They are made of steel and are much stronger than the stock Axial and Wheely King ones. Guys' racing brushless setups are blowing the stock gears apart. Also, even though the picture only shows enough gears to do one axle you will receive enough to do both.

I also dont want you guys think that this is just a scale build that is gonna go drive around the yard and hit little skate board ramps.

no no no

This thing is built to run and i will give no mercy to the poor truck. What ever you perceive as the limits of a solid axle mt you can forget those.

Cantilever suspension and anti sway bars would look great on this rig. I really do think you nailed the look on this one. Keep the pictures and updates coming.

Thats exactly what I had in mind when I had mine built..I dont do shelf queens and I wanted to show people how tough the Wraith setup was, I ran mine pretty hard and nothing has broke yet(crossing fingers and knocking on wood)...Im going to build my next one to be completely race ready and compete against my Clods and other Solid Axle MTs...Love the build

Got the tranny built with a slipper but had to go to a back to a stock motor plate because the BWD didnt have enough adjustment for my gearing. i need to pick up a 50 tooth spur so i can have more options and gear up further.

decided on electronics layout and put a couple mount tabs for my electronics plate. The plate is .063 t6 and i cut a slot for my battery strap.

got it all wired up

side view

not a bad rtr weight, its missing the body and body mounts and i still have not shaved the tires

off for its first drive

Ill try and get a video today of it tooling around. im trying not to push it very hard because i need to shim the rear diff but dont have the right shims.

So what weight bias did you introduce with the electronics placement? Front or Rear? Cause I don't know which way your truck is pointing cause you may be running a reverse chevron setup as well.

Edit. Probably a rear weight bias, I am guessing.

Posting this up for Ross to show the sheer size of this thing. Here it is next to his F-250 on 1.9 Pitbulls. This thing is huge.
