I knew I knew it..... First place I got my XR650L stuck. Had less than 10 miles on the odometer. He's out near my family. When that shit gets wet it is the Devils mud!

got my exo radiator and rear light bar housing in today..






as well as these Crawler dad lightbars..2in and 5in versions
both were under $60 run off 3s powa!

took the girly and the bullyboy to the park for a quick run around the trail..took the G6 wraith for a shakedown run too.

so after the shakedown run i noticed one of my Rc4wd coilover shocks was a lil stiff..so i decided to rebuild it real quick..

old orings pulled out...


new orings...


clean out the body..


mmhmmm...dirty..


couple of drops of shock oil for lube..and reassemble

and finished installing lights and installed radiator w hoses..








stuffed a lil 3s lipo in the rear battery tray under gas tank..









oh yea!! its bright now!!

The lights look really good. I like this Wraith.

Seeing you post on the shocks reminded me; I took your advice with the orange o-rings for the shocks. The set I got from you on the SCX chassis, I tore them down, cleaned everything, lubed everthing and took some scotch bright to the shafts. They are like new shocks.

due to the rain our wraith beatdown session may be put off till we have some dry weather..that place is BAD mushy when it gets wet.

then lined up on rear bar of rollcage..found good contact points
drilled 3 small holes 1 left 1 center 1 right..
drilled thru light housing into rollbar in each hole.
test fit..trim as needed



you can barely see the tops of the screws..

if i can find a place for one...
its pretty tight up in the front

maybe could do a servo winch mounted where the dig servo goes on tranny???
