Well I really like how this turn out so I figure I would do a little show and tell.


Name: Papa Smurf
Chassis: Mod Axial Wraith using stock interior.
Body: New Bright JK Mod to Brute
Axial: Wraith Front / Overdriven Gears / Vanquish Chubs and Vanquish Wraith Knuckles. Rear Stock
Vanquish 3/16 Ti Links. Best like I have ever purchase .
Transmission: RC4WD AX2 with Hitec HS-225MG
Motor: Tekin Pro4 3300 on 3s
ESC: Castle Mamba Max Pro with Castle BEC
Servo: Some fancy Futaba S 9157
Shocks: Pro-Line Power Strokes 4in front 3.5 rear
Wheels: Vanquish RockStars
Tires Axial Rip Saw

Here's some of the body mod shots. I chopped about 1in out of what was the rear doors to help with wheel base.

Took some off body shot of the Wraith chassis with the top chopped. I was very surprised how stable the chassis was with out the top.

With Pro-Line Power Strokes




With Axial Alum Scx shocks and Mini T Springs



I have been driven with the Axial's and I think that is what is going to stay. Will see once my chassis mounted for the servo shows up next week. I wanna keep it low.

Great part is the full wraith interior fits perfect.

I am thinking about chopping off the front two bumper wings and leave it as a stinger only?

Those bumper are really cheap. I can always get a new one if it doesn't look right.

I would cut the wings off the side of the bumper too.

Cut the front bumper. Ya I like it a lot better

Also scored a Vanquish servo mount.
