Default Lunch Time Fab..

I wanted to make a thicker roof panel for the Wraith so I used some 12 Gauge Aluminum I had laying around. After I was done I started looking at it and decided to make a detachable roof rack that is held on from underneath with countersunk screws. Its being painted right now so I am pretty sure it will be all black.

Looks cool.
Why did you 'X' it off?
Why not close the back off and use it for scale stuff; cooler, sleeping bag, keg, etc?

I didn't close off the back because the spare would touch and I kinda thought it looked cool. I "X" it off just in case I roll and land on some pointed rocks...or something like that. I thought about doing straight bars or even leaving the center open but this just looked appealing.
