All it really does is hides the servo a little bit to look more scale don't it?

Yup. If you run one you have to run the other. Its working great for me so far.

Chassis mount servos improve scale looks at the cost of making your servo work harder, wasting servo torque.
The stock axle mount left something to be desired, i am very happy with the Dinky S Mount. Rock solid & no wasted torque being spread throughout the chassis & suspension.

I would not......
VP is the BEST.
Cheaper is not better.

Suicide setup is probably the worst setup I have seen.

A good AL or Ti Steering link & draglink will make a huge improvement from stock.
The stock plastic flexes too much & if you can keep the servo solidly mounted new links are all you really need for a tight steering setup.

The suicide kit really is garbage though. Doubles the stress on the servo horn and gives unequal amounts of steering to each tire due to the arc of the horns movement.

Lets see a review after installed. I'm curious to know if you still have the steering power with the setup. It looks pretty sweet though

Mine still steers the same as when I had an axle mounted servo. I'm using a 7954 for now and noticed 0 power loss.

I have this setup on my Wraith, on flat terrain, I haven't noticed any loss in power. Haven't had it in enough of a twist to see how it fares that way. But I'm gonna guess not much if any, if your servo is up to the task.
