Better handling at speed.... For me, I just want something new to do with Fiona. I've tried pretty much everything else already.

Plus, you have to admit, it looks pretty darn cool. Just look at the clearance!!! Blue Monkey RC all the way baby!

I am seriously considering converting her over to indy front suspension and trailing arms. I spent a bit of time looking at Blue Monkey's conversion kit. I just need to find a donor Exo. I'm not going to tear my Exo apart to do it, that's for sure...
I would cry if you tore that EXO apart lol!

Too pricey.... There are a couple of used Exo's up there, but they are too expensive/nice to chop up. I'm working on scraping the parts together.

I haven't installed it. I put the extended 6mm Super Shafty shafts in. I'm just waiting on my differential gear to come off of back order. I haven't researched it, but I'm not sure that the DIG would work with the 6mm shaft. I just assumed it wouldn't.

I just checked. It's not even remotely possible with the shafts I'll be using. I have to go this route. My Pro 4 has demolished at least three of the Robinson Racing differentials.

Well, most of the parts are here. I'm just waiting on a package from a friend to see what I'll need to order to 'have everything' for the conversion. Still waiting on my diff gear to finish off the 6mm Output Shaft Conversion. I have three sets en route, it's a snail race....

Those RPP 1 piecers are junk. At least the old version was. I got it replaced after I broke it, but instead of reinstalling and risking the chance doing it again, I bought the 6mm outputs also. Been beating the crap out of it with no issues. Its held up to my stupid hammer down driving for 20+ packs now. Rigs looking killer, she's come a long way since the beginning.

Trailing arm suspension set up is now installed on the rear. It was a pretty simple/strait forward install. I wanted to keep the BGR Fabrications Shock tower, but it just wasn't compatible with this set up. You have to use the factory shock tower to mount the frame stiffener. Also, I had to get some pretty long screws to remount the KOH cage to where the battery tray bars were, since they were deleted as part of the install. It seems to function well. I can't wait to try it out. Fiona is going to handle COMPLETELY differently from how she did before.

The newer ones (heat treated) are pretty darn nice. However, they can't stand up to my motor. I had discussed a different design with them, one with a flat side, rather than a hole. That would probably solve the issue. You just can't expect a 5mm shaft with a hole drilled through it to hold up to the torque we put on it.
