I'm not going to have time to finish the IFS before a trip I'm taking in October, so I built up a GCM housing I recently modified to throw on in the interim. Lastly, I got tired of repairing the britle wire that came with my wraith for the forward lighting. I replaced it with a MUCH heavier wire, which I suspect will not break.

Here she sits as of right now...

No. Time became too much of an issue with working to build thescaleaddict.com, and with family and whatnot. For now, I'd rather be out crawling with what little free time I have. It's nice to get some fresh air.

VP lockers out, FI Spools in. The centered RC4WD axle shafts fit VERY tightly. No more lockers coming loose. That was REALLY getting annoying. Taking the old girl out to play tomorrow. It should be fun.

I try to send them out with every order. Otis is a good friend, and I just happened to have some 'test' stickers with colored backgrounds. He doesn't know it (until he reads this), but he's the only guy out there with those. I don't even have them. Anymore anyway.... LOL

I'm thinking I may put the old girl on a diet. Not sure what all that will mean other than the obvious, which is that she will be lighter. Maybe a new chassis (sans the bgr swag), maybe some stock axles with beef tubes... who knows. All I know is she's fat, and fat girls break stuff. I'm getting tired of breaking EVERY time I go out. Last time I broke a shock, two rod ends, lost a screw out of a knuckle, and managed to pull all four screws out of one side of my skid plate. That's just too much too often. My thought is that lighter might be better for my heavy fingered driving style. We'll see what happens...
