All of my issues were in my old rig which was very low and driveshaft angles were pretty minimal.

Vanquish has been rolling out lots of new stuff. They have a back log of finished projects that are just waiting on time to run and inventory. These will make it out, just have to exercise patience.

I've seen all the new goodies they've been rolling out lately. And I am trying to be patient, just gettting tired of pulling everything apart to check and replace the TRX bushings.

I hear ya, that was how I felt too. I'm told they'll be getting to them. They have some more cool stuff coming this week I believe.

I say someone should come out with a better bearing so we don't have to compromise with bushings..
Roller pin bearings !
Make it happen or a axle that can fit a bigger bearing. that will be the next thing I bet..o but then there cost forgot about that..

Sounds expensive for a bearing that small, I'm down with using bushings. If you redesign the housing, it will lose a lot of the scale realism that it currently has. Might be able to make it so a larger bearing could be used on the inside.

I kinda wonder why VP didn't use at least a 5x13 or even a 5x14 bearing for their axle housings. Surely a 5x13 would hold up to the abuse we put them through.

As mentioned above, scale appearance is always an issue. We are already fighting exaggerated proportions.

Also, most people have zero issues. There is a small part (big power users) of a portion (Wraith owners) of a small niche (Crawling) in RC that have this issue. Making the rest of the people in the hobby buy bigger bearings or deal with less ideal scale proportions just doesn't sound like a great business decision

I'm not, we use them in all kinds of places in the machines I build at work, both oillite and standard machined brass.

Bearings are easier for me to get than bushings....and I've had no problems with the bearings in my wraith.

Because bearings are better, that's why they exist.

if theese things can rust some eezox would help. its a gun lube that goes on and drys and is one of the best things I've seen for protecting metal from elemental exposure. it also provides some lubrication properties after its dried. it comes in a spray can (way way more then you need comes out) and a needle dropper which is much better.
