Yeah or put the LED bar but I guess you have to bling it up yourself!! Only Money right??

My guess is they will make a kit version too?? With better parts. Upgrades, etc!!

Axial should just come out with kits or body's,wheels, tires as a option after the gen1 products!!! Simlpy because most of us have the rig already & elec is useless to a builder. & the "hubs" kinda cool they are thinking...but no need!
AXIAL just needs a new moa to launch soon!!! (XR2)

There is no need for another wraith kit. They just need to release the body, wheels, and tires.

I would wager a significant amount of money that you will not see another MOA from them.

Looks cool. I need to wear out some 2.2s before buying another set of tires...

The tires are cool the wheels are interesting, until I read this line, "Plastic hub adapter eliminates the need for an aluminum hex hub". What is that mean? Are we going back to no hex hubs? Bolting the wheel to the drive pin?
That is a very odd line IMO as well. I think they are just saying that piece "doesn't need to be aluminum" which I bet is a ridiculous claim as soon as someone tries to put some power behind one of these trucks. I was told that is the Vanquish bolt pattern so I don't see why they didn't plug them in the ad. Seems very odd to match the design and then try and pull attention away from the obvious benefit of the system.

I liked the body, tires and wheels. But the rest is just a Wraith. Why could they not make a new front bumper and change the roof of the cage like everybody does?

It's a Wraith but it will appeal to the general public getting into the hobby and wanting something different from the standard Wraith, ie; different color, a recognizable 1:1 counterpart, sponsor stickers

Definitely interested in the tires and wheels.

With a one piece body a front battery would piss a lot of people off

Are they at least putting an 87T spur on there?
That 4:1 stock ratio seems good for burning stock cans only

I'm supprised they aren't charging $80+ more than I guess what is now the plain and boring RTR. Maybe BFG was a cheap license to attain, or did they cut corners elsewhere?

Tower lists it the same as the "old" RTR.

My honest opinion, the original RTR looks 10x better.

I was looking to buy another wraith for another scale build last week and I am glad I waited. Pre-ordered one from RPP Hobby about 10 minutes after Corey put them up for sale. Whats funny is I was watching Spyder News #23 the other day and noticed this thing sitting behind larry on his desk. I thought damn that looks nice I wonder where he got that body and those wheels/tires... Well now I know! Already ordered a rigid Light bar, JK Mounts for it and Poison Spyder diff covers. Plan on giving it the full VP treatment, CMS, Links, RC4WD King Shocks, and then some scale goodies. I agree though they could have worked the rear cage a little, but that's fine.... thats something I will take a look at myself...

Would look great with an Ultra4 conversion on it.

With a front mounted battery and stock style body mounting, I don't see it being a very user friendly setup.

I think we were all hoping for something like that.

All you need is a little Velcro on the sides. Comes on and off faster than taking 2 pins off the front of a hinged hood
