the only thing worth talking about is the new tires and wheels haha everything else is just a wraith,, nice body but nobody runs a rtr body these days, custom paint is better,,

it doesnt even appear to sit lower to the ground, battery up front, nothing that they should have done,

It does appear to be the same throughout. I like the body, I think it will add shelf appeal to people walking in a Hobby shop. Beyond that, for someone who already has a Wraith, only the wheels and tires seem to be of note.

Does this mean that the hubs are plastic or just the wheels?

Plastic hub. At least the VP hubs will allow adjustment and replacements.

You understand it's a replica right? The Poison Spyder Venom One wrap was the original design.

Looks good. Now the question becomes when will the tires be available separately?

I am so glad to see Axial go back to beadlock wheels. And the tires are sweet as well.
The body does not look like it would be easy to do an open hood with.

Agreed, looks like under-hood access would be quite a pain in the ass.

Harley, do you know anything more about the tires? How tall? I'm assuming 5.5.

5.5, and I believe they will be the sticky compound on both the RTR and replacements (unlike the Ripsaws). Need to confirm that though.

Pity they couldn't slope the actual tubular back and include spare wheel/tyre if it's supposed to replicate the one in the video...

Reading up on it...meh, it's the same ol' Wraith.

The tires are cool the wheels are interesting, until I read this line, "Plastic hub adapter eliminates the need for an aluminum hex hub". What is that mean? Are we going back to no hex hubs? Bolting the wheel to the drive pin?
