| second crawler, first wraith
it started as a rtr. now iv added a rc4wd 2 speed, 15/60 pinion, hitec 645 and 5645, moved battery to front, esc and rec in the back, made custom rear bumper, bed cover, rec box, battery mount. fliped lower shock mounts, strc chubs, strc knuckles, hr cvd's, hr steering links, 2 3000 mah lipos on way, and cc bec. il try to get some pics up but its still in its beginning stages.

I've heard mention of certain number of posts making things open up but from experience I found that not the case Maybe the mods only counted 5 of your 31. I'd use photobucket. Free and easy place to store all your photos. I even have a photo bucket app making uploads super easy from my phone.o Last edited by evan03; 05-19-2013 at 01:43 PM. |

ok just added ckrc hood hinge, ckrc front mount plate. hh 55 turn torque master expert, 15/60 pinion. now even high range on the 2 speed is low geared. low range has no wheel speed so its perfect i got both gears set right i got a 10t pinion on the way, il try it but i think it will make high range a slow crawler speed then i wont have a high range for wheel speed. so 55t hh torque master expert, 15/60 pinion, rc4wd 2 speed, ckrc hood hinge, ckrc front mount plate, custom box in back with all electronics, hr steering link, hr cvd's, strc chubs, strc knuckles, hitec 5646, and 645 servos, spectrum dx3s, cc bec, deans plugs, 2 gens ace 2s 3000mah, the rest is custom made. |

ok officially named it the recon wraith. with the new 55 turn hh, extreme low gearing, and the new lipos, the speed is super low where i wanted it, but now i need to look at beefing everything else up, the hr steering link has brass inserts that hold the pivot ball in place one of those brass rings popped out of its grove and now is to loose to go back in. other than that, i need to know i have the bec going to the rx if i turn up the bec to 6v or 7v with the rx pass that voltage on to the servo or regulate it down?

Whatever voltage you set the bec at will go to your servo, just make sure you unhook the red wire off your esc where it goes to the rx.. -sent from my smarter than me phone |

I was going to tell you good luck with that HR steering link. I bet the brass locks fell out. Just get a vp tie rod an be done with it.
