You know what this thread needs?

More back-to-back posts from Harley that are 1-3 minutes apart.

That jig table is sweet. That is a good brain you got in your head. Can I suggest it be on a lockable swivel. Truck is coming together fast waiting to see how you waterproof your pro4 and electronics done.

It's easier than multi quote on the phone

Winch mount is in. 14 gauge plate welded in and winch mounts underneath. Line runs between the plate and servo. I still need to add a plate on the front to mount a fairlead, just ran out of time tonight.

Ohhh, yeah that's for organization later down the road when this thread is super long. That way all the tech is in the first page and the other 48 pages are just chit chat.

Thanks! Wanted something different. He's going to surprise me with them. I haven't seen them.
I do have a question for you, I noticed that you have your servo mounted on the Currie axle. Did you have to have a plate or does the servo mount straight to the top of the truss? I have a southern buggy I'm going to use the Curries on and was just wondering. Thanks.

Fixed.

You're like an officer in the military that rides a desk. Do everything they can to "check the blocks" so their evals look good.

Winch mount is done for the most part. Going to drill a couple large holes on top to reduce unneeded weight. Also still need to do my fairlead (can't find my damn fairlead though).

They are super creative, I dig the whole idea.

I have the stock servo plate on it, but had to countersink the servo post screws.

The Wraith didn't show up today still so I worked in the bumper a little more. Added a fairlead plate and drilled a couple holes, that was it for tonight.

Looking tough as always!
Nice idea on the vertical winch mounting.
What winch line are you using there?

Thanks

Not sure what the line is but it's not strong enough! Need to upgrade again. It was supposed to be super heavy duty but failed me once already.

The first run will be here before I know it. A large delivery of parts showed up this morning and is getting delivered to my office in a couple hours. Hopefully the big brown truck makes a stop by my house today though

If the truck doesn't show up today then this is going to turn into a one day build. My Thursday night is pretty well taken up already.

I need to build body panels and a front battery tray still, the rest is mostly bolt on type stuff.
