battery forward kit

hey guys I would like some input on a batt forward kit, or how you may have made your own. I would like to move the battery forward along with a chassis mounted steering servo and a servo winch. just wondering if this is possible and if so how you have it laid out. pictures would be great.

also are any of you running dual shock set-ups? I was thinking of the kings along side a scale type bottle shock? like what you see on some 1:1 I like the look more then performance so the bottle style could just be for looks for all I care.

I may try and build a tray that allows for lower battery mounting. There is a lot of unused room down there.

Pretty easy setup. Simple 2 bend tray. Winch mount will take some fab no matter what.

who made your winch? I like that, I remember seeing a guy was building them and showed a step by step on how to do it, but I forget where I seen it :(
your still running your servo on the axle then right? I wonder if there is a way to get both servos in the chassis?

That is a TziWorld.com winch. An amazing piece. I could move my servo up easily with little to no modifications.

All I did was mod the battery tray that comes with it to fit the front. Can get you pics if needed.

thanks for the tips, right now I can fit a 3s 5000 hard case gen ace pack along the fire wall like pictured above, I can also run my 3s 2300 soft pack length ways where the receiver box and esc was in stock forum.
