Any hints as to what you will be replacing or fixing in tomorrow video?

I will be shooting the upgrade portion tonight. It's been a busy week getting ready for the RECON G6 coming to STL this weekend.

The upgrade is pretty much as expected however ;-)

Maybe some tires. He has a video where he shows that other tires stay in the stock bead lock well

Have you thought of doing a hood mod on the PSC stock body? I really want to do it, but I am not sure where to start.

I have been working on a body mod to remove the whole body at once without screws using small rare earth magnets. I've seen a couple hood mods done but I have not seen one done well enough that I would want to run it myself.

I may pick up a second body and give it a couple different things a shot.

That would be awesome! I have thought about doing it with Velcro, but not sure how well it would hold.

I have some strong velcro, my problem is the adhesive is usually weaker than the velcro itself! It might just be me but Velcro annoys the ever-living-crap out of me.

I really want to get my magnet setup finished up. You can actually see some of it in this weeks video, look closely at the nose under the hood when I take the body off.

Can't you just stick a body clip screw into where it screws the body to the frame and use a body clip?

Not a fan of body clips! I lose them too often and they are visually unappealing.

You might consider this.... we've been using 3M Dual Lock for underwater applications for many years. Velcro gets really nasty when repeatedly submerged, but Dual Lock is all-plastic and does not deteriorate. The adhesive and the gripping power are industrial strength, and both sides are the same so there is no hook/loop like Velcro.

I use that on my air radio for the AnyLink. Very strong stuff for sure. I just still don't care for using the type of method to hold the body on. I prefer something that aligns itself better on its own.

I'm new to this hobby but Ive been around 1.1 scale Jeep most my life. Do the sway bar kits for the wraith work as good as the ones for a 1.1 Jeep? The HR sway bar looks a lot like a cuirre anti rock and the axial kit is close too.

I still want to try them but I still haven't at this point.

i put an HR sway bar on the rear of my AR60 rig and was pleased with the change in handling. the sway bar actually seems to do it's job.
