Does the Corrosion X dry, or is it just a thick oil?

It never truley dries. The original ROC 412 I did 5 or 6 months ago still looks really good even after a lot of water. If I was doing a lot of water running without the sealant I would reapply the CorrosionX every 6 months probably. However with the sealant like I did on this one I probably wont worry about it at all.

They make spring packs for adjusting spring rate.

Stock setup front is 2.8(p)/6.2(s)
Stock setup rear is 2.5(p)/4.7(s)
You can go as low as:
1.8(p)/3.5(s) front
1.5(p)/2.6(s) rear

P= primary
S= secondary
Spring rates are in lbs/in.

Never found a need to use anything but what Proline has available.

Buy the spring kit. You need it for tuning the shocks. I run super soft in the rear and soft in the front with 35wt oil and I am liking how it feels.

When you change out the lockers to ARB lockers, did you change out the gears or are you still running the stock one? If not, are you gonna go with the ones you have listed on the bulletproof thread?

Still running the stock versions. I probably won't change them out for awhile. I have had pretty good luck with stock gears. I only change them out when they finally wear out which can take quite awhile.

Absolutely not. Not in a Wraith built for any speed. Too much stress on the axles accelerates bearing failure. I will either go back with stock ratio or under in both axles to add a little more reduction. Although the stock straight cut gears may be the best fit for not adding more stress on the bearings but I haven't really thought it through.

What is the stock gearing in those RTR axles?

Thank You Harley for your time on these writeups and your videos. I've watched just about every one of them sitting here drinking beers.

Nevermind, I just went and look in the manual I bought from RPP. It 38/13.

On the Mamba what do you do with the on/off switch? Do you waterproof it or just eliminate it? Just kinda curious.

It is not needed, but even if you did want to use it then you don't need to do anything with it.

Any comment on the HH trailmaster sport? Not even worth the $12 they're asking for it? Or is the $35 crawlmaster sport the way to go?

Awesome videos, makes things much easier to understand

If you are just looking for a super cheap sealed can motor than that's fine but I would really suggest spending the extra and getting a motor with some solid advantages over a sealed can motor.
