Hmmmm, berry interesting do you have to go three link if you do go with the chassis mounted servo ?

its best to keep the steering link from conflicting with the 4 link and creating a bunch of bumpsteer.

with the 3link the panhard bar and the steering link (if setup right) will follow close to the same arc through suspension travel and elminate a good deal of bumpsteer.

that said, i have a dingo that still uses the 4link with a chassis mounted servo and it works pretty decent. the only reason its not the 3 link with phb is ive been too lazy to install it.

little update.

i swapped out the 3racing winch with a twin motor integy setup and a custom smaller dia. stainless spool from gripfab.

it pulls pretty good on 3s with a heyok relay controller and a doubler pulley. it'll climb the winchline no problem.

thanks dude!

honestly the original 3racing winch did a pretty good job on 3s with a pulley.
the stock winch spool proved to be the weak link, as i busted the threads in the grub screw that holds the spool to the motor shaft.
