Default Holmes Hobbies New 27T TrailMaster sport

Has anyone tried one of these in their wraith yet? I know it's a sealed can and it's only $12.00 BUT it's HH. They've got to see something in this motor right?I'm just hoping someone is running one or has ran one in their rig. So they can let the rest of us know how it is. OR if Holmes sees this. Would one of these work for a wraith?

I put the torquemaster 27T in mine and it's superb.

Yeah I know their other motors are great and top of the line. BUT I'm wondering about the TrailMaster sport and if it's a budget friendly option for the wraith.

I can't say how it would do in a Wraith, however it performs great in my SCX10. With all the abuse I have put on it, I would guess it would be ok in a Wraith?

Yeah they do great in a scx10...I was just wondering about the extra weight of a wraith and what gearing works well...I may just get another one and throw it in my wraith with some good ol' 87/14 maybe 87/16 gearing....lol

I had one in my wraith running 3s lipo and BRXL. It seemed happiest with around 1 to 6 gearing. Anything less got really hot and started to smell.
