Default Wraith help please I bought a pile o crap

Hey guys so I got a used wraith looked like a good deal...was I ever wrong. No two screws the same I'm sure there are only 8 screws left from the kit this guy put flat heads on here. So he gave me some aluminum wheels.... The inner bead lock ring rubs the steering knuckles so the front wheels do not spin. I was able to hack together some wider hexes off my 22sct but I'm looking to see if somone makes wheels spacers like an extra 5 mm wider. I don't dell want to go w the plus 13mm unless that's the only way. I also put a mmp and a tekin 17.5 redline. I have a shorty 2 cell and this is the slowest thing ever. Any suggestions to making it a bit faster it is very slow. I'd like to use my shorty packs if I can but if the 3cell 2200 is the way to go that's fine. My mmp is 10 deg timing and med power. It also seems tha if I push on the back of the motor the mount has flex to it...is this normal? I'll try to post a video of what I mean.
So a quick list of questions
Wheel spacers what brand ?
Hardware kit where at (I'd like machine screws)
Motor I have 13.5 available / is going 3s going to make it faster appears to be slower than stock. Gearing 81/19
Motor mount seems weak

I'm not sure who had them off the too of my head but I've seen stainless steal screw kits for the wraith on several websites. Just google wraith stainless hardware or something like that.

3s will definitely make you faster but make sure all the parts move freely. That could be slowing you down if there is drag. Check all bearings, driveshafts, etc.... And instead of wheel wideners, I would look for rims that actually fit your wraith. IMO wideners will add un needed stress on you with a high powered rig

Rc screwz makes a set of stainless.
Harley designs also usually has a great package of full stainless but he's out of stock, which is why I grabbed the rc screwz kit, no complaints this far, it's been super handy when doing custom stuff as well

What stress do wideners create that an equally backspaced rim wouldn't?

Rcscrewz sells hardware kits. Fastener-express sells really good hardware.

17.5 on 2s is going to be boring. That's not surprising. I run a 4 pole 3400kv on 3s and am very happy with it.

Aisiatees sells different width hexes.

I got a set of integy aluminum rims and the right front hits the steering arm, so I am putting on the high leverage arm which moves it away from the rim and lets it turn..

You do relize the stock wraith motor spins cw. If you have the timing at 10º it will run horribly slow and in-efficient. Just an fyi!

Make sure you run zero timing. There are guys that flip the diffs in the front and rear. I just run 0 timing.

Also it seems that it has a gross amount of positive caster. It looks like the c hub can b pulled off and rotated

Ya pretty sure you can adjust. I run zero caster for solid axle vehicles.
