What are those new rims, and did the topcad rims not cut it?

The new rims are Mayhem Engineering Trail Shooters 1.25"wide with .450 hubs, the Top Cad's were great for the money, but I fancied some rims with a bit more quality about them ;)

Given the outside of the truck a bit of a make over

Got an EXO rear light pod, carbon wrapped the side panels and roof, painted the bonnet with Bed Liner, I've also just ordered a VP CMS and Panhard kit

Putting braided line on wires looks good. Nice build.

Default CC's Nothing special Wraith :)

Looking nice, would like to see some more pictures of your rear bumper/cage setup. I'm worried with the way mine is cut it may not work correctly.

I guess just the main attachment points. I modified my cage quite a bit when I chopped the back. Your ride looks sweet.

Let me know how you like your cms/panhard. I just took mine back off as the link would hit the top of the truss before the suspension would collapse all the way. I tinkered with it for days and days and never could get it to work like I wanted. I did like the way the servo was up out of the way and protected though.

I've lost a little travel when both front shocks are compressed, only about 3-5mm tho, I can live with that because out on the trails and rocks I will never compress the suspension in that way and I don't really jump the truck either

She has been sat doing nothing for a bit while ive been busy with other projects, but a set of King 110mm shock came available locally for a decent price, so I bit the bullet

Tbh they were pretty pants stock, zero rebound ain't good for a heavy truck like mine, so after reading Heckler's thread about modding them I put in a set of stock wraith shafts and shims either side of the Pistons and added some 1k heavy oil, they seem to work really well now

Off for a run Thursday to test them out

Today I made the decision to go brushless, ESC choice was easy, I just pinched the ESC out out of my SCTE 2.0 lol

And will be picking up a Pro4 3300kv next week

Thought I better deal with the torque twist ive been getting before I go brushless, so picked up a set of front sway bars, but because I've changed the front bumper to a BGR one I've lost the mount for the roll bar

Soooooo set my mind to Work out a way round it, luckily I had the stock bumper still in my parts box, after a few mins with the dremel I came up with
