panhard/ anti-sway bar work together? Has anyone used the VP panhard kit and any of the anti sway bar kits (axial/ hot racing) and had them work? When I bought my wraith the PO had the VP panhard kit on it but I'm using the wraith for a lot more speed recently and I'd really like to try the sway bars. I'd hate to buy them at 38$ a piece and find out they won't jive with the panhard kit. |

Re: panhard/ anti-sway bar work together? Can't say I've got anything useful regarding the panhard but I've tried it with both swaybars on & unless your trying some kind of flat track racing it's too tight. I dropped the rear off as initially it interfered with the shocks/springs & it was better, traction rolls reduced but still articulates well (not as good as without the bars but not bad). Have since changed to BGR front bar without the swaybar mounts so bar gone from front, with a bit of a re-jig & wound the swaybar links out longer allowed to re-fit rear, handling seems pretty much the same. http://i149.photobucket.com/albums/s...pse9683833.jpg |
Re: panhard/ anti-sway bar work together? Mines not a wraith but I run pan hard and sway bars with a custom quick disconnect. http://www.rccrawler.com/forum/2-2-s...w-build-3.html I love it. I can disconnect quick with out having anything to come apart. Just loosen the set screws. The collars keep everything on the truck. Well worth it if you like speed and crawling. |
