tekin roc 412 3100kv setup

Ive got my tekin 412 3100kv in my truck and at high speed its ok but at crawling speed jitters and not very smooth what could be the problem nothing like my xr10 with fxr hh brushed motor thats smooth i know its not a crawler but theres not much control. p.s same gearing as harleys.

What esc are you running? Is the sensor cable securely installed in both the motor and the esc? That's the first thing I would check. Then I'd start playing with settings on the esc.

Sounds like you're running uncensored. As was mentioned, check your sensor cable and ensure that your MMP is running in sensored mode.

I'll echo the above comments. Something is wrong with your sensor system.

If you're running a Castle MMP make sure you are either in Sensored or SMART mode.

Agreed as well. I just installed a MMP and a ROC412 and have run it 4:1 and now 3.5:1 and the only time it wasn't smooth was was when I ran it while the sensor cable was not plugged in all the way.
