Does anyone know if i could mount a set axial 2.2" (56mm) wheel diameter Ripsaw R35 soft compound, 5.5" (140mm) outside diameter on a set of 2.2 true bead loc rims? These tires are the ones that come in the wraith kit but i dont want use the glue style rims.

People use the rip saws on beadlocks all the time. Should work fine.

Mounted my Ripsaws to Axial XR10 (VWS) beadlocks. No issues and you retain the same wheel offset as the stock Renegade wheels included in the kit.

Good question RS10 - all the 2.2 tires and rims are designed to work interchangeably....there are a few exceptions but they are off brands and I cant think why you would buy them anyway

Those wheels were meant to be glued, not the tires.

I picked up a set of XR10 wheels from here. $30ish with internal weight. They're not scale lookign but they are awesome for crawling
