Jerry does kick-ass work, you will love the chassis.

Can't let this one go... The GCM's are MUCH more durable than the VP's. If you want pretty, stick with VP. If you want rugged, get the GCM's. As for the cHubs and Knuckles, stick with VP. The VP cHubs couldn't fit any better/tighter to the GCM's.

You won't regret it. I have both, and I love both, but the tolerances on the GCM's at the knuckle are perfect for the VP knuckles. Jens and Chris did a great job designing and producing them.

Do you feel the dual shock setup makes the difference or what?

I want to save up for a stiffy but havent decided short or long back.

my plans for this are not set in stone but this is pretty close:

Tekin 412ROC 3100kv
Castle Creations Mamba Max Pro Sensored
SuperShafty Bulletproof Wraith Transmission
GCM Metal Head Wraith A-13 Axle Housings
Vanquish CVD Axle Shafts
MIP Driveshafts
Axial Rear Axle Shafts
Gmade 103mm Piggyback Shocks
Pro-line 118mm Powerstroke Shocks
Vanquish C-hubs
Vanquish Knuckles
Vanquish Steering Linkage
Vanquish CMS
Vanquish Pan Hard
Traxxas Revo Links
Pitbull Rock Beast II
Motoworx Racing 2.2 8 Spoke LE Aluminum Wheels
Warn 9.5 CTI Winch

Things yet to be determined:

Front bumper, needs to have winch mounts
Body panels
Lights
TX/RX
Battery, 3s 5000maH minimum

I know this is gonna cost plenty , but a little at a time will make it ok

I do feel it makes a noticeable difference...although I dont have the shocks that are recommended for this yet, the ones I am using prove to me that it is a nice upgrade. It seems to flow much more smoothly over obstacles in my yard.

Now I need to get it out to a more diverse terrain.

I put in some lights I had laying around, these will be replaced by better ones at a future time, but for now they work. I mounted the rear lights to the roof panel because I didnt want to mount them to the stiffy...its too pretty

I really need to get a better camera...

thanks! its a little ugly right now, but it will get better looking as I get more money!

I am kinda liking the scx10 axles more and more as I drive it...I am debating whether or not to go with wraith style axles or stay with the scx10 axles...

I'm sure Chris (GCM Racing) will build the tubes at whatever length you want. Wider than a SCX10 and more narrow than a Wraith. That way you can have a bit of the best from both worlds. ;) Only trick would be in fabricating your shafts. The solution to that isn't too difficult though.

I never thought of that...maybe I could have them make the axles too? make it a package deal with a couple spares as well..

He can't/doesn't make CVD's though. I would suggest getting the longer Wraith CVD's and cutting them down to the length you'd need. As for the rears, you have more options there. You could get Creeper Bob to hook you up with custom length Ti axles, or you could fabricate your own from the longer Wraith ends. Personally, I would do it myself. Once I had them cut, I'd hand file the tangs to get them 'just' right. I'd recommend using the Locked Up RC FI spools. I have nearly everything you'd need in stock. It's not too terribly difficult, and the end result would be worth the effort.

sounds like a plan to me...I have the locked up FI spools I got from you already in my blue flame wraith so I would definitely do another set in this one! Now to figure out what width would be the best to go with...
