|  allanons DMG Dual Shock Shortback Stiffy Build! Experiment 626 Re-born!
I have managed to work out a deal on a genuine DMG Dual Shock Shortback Stiffy Kit! It will be here within a week or so and I cant wait to get started on it! I will post pics as soon as it comes in and will be lookinig for ideas on building it. I have looked in the wraith pic thread but there are not very many pics of the KOH style wraiths there. I will likely use my old Poison Spyder Body at first just to get an idea of what I will like and dislike. My thoughts right now are to go with the CC MMP and Tekin ROC 412 for the power. I was thinking about VP axles like I have in my traditional wraith, but the GCM axles look nice too. I have not been able to locate where to buy the GCM axles though. I have so many thoughts running though my head about this build and what to use it aint funny! lol. I have been wanting a DMG kit forever and now I got one! Thanks! I have been trying to come up with a name for it...so far I have "Bad Attitude", "The Bandit", "Ronin", "The Gringo", "Iron Duke", "Gravel Grinder" but leaning towards "Bad Attitude"....

Dual shock? What about "Totally Shocked" or "The Shocker" and use the shocker symbol for the logo.

that makes two of us! I am thinking of making my own panels out of galvanized steel..somewhere around .0150 Gauge. I used the same stuff but a bit thicker, about .0197 gauge for the diff skid on my 1.9 wraith and it is far slicker than the plastic housing. I just need to figure out how I want to make them now. |

well, its a torque master pro 30t and I havent decided yet...I am trying to decide which ones to keep lol.. I have the 30t tm pro, I have the tm 27t sport which is about 50% worn on the brushes, and then the tm expert 27t thats still in my scx10. I am going to convert the scx10 to brushless as well as soon as I can afford it.. I also just got shipping confirmation on the DMG Dual Shock Shortback Stiffy kit..it will be here friday! |

lol, yup....I am trying out different ideas at the moment, right now its a 1.9 stiffy...looks pretty good, but its just what I have borrowed from my 1.9 wraith..

paitence grasshopper....here they are, preliminary pics...I am mocking this up with parts I have on hand. I will be changing most of these things out as time goes along, but wanted to try this out. This thing climbs like a mountain goat! I am using scx10 axles and while I like them, the turning radius sucks.
