Default mamba max pro start up issues

So i purchased a new mamba max pro esc to mate with my novak ballistic brushless motor. got it all wired up and went to do the manual calibration and it powers up but won't read my throttle points for some reason. it starts up makes its noise while blinking green then starts flashing red while I'm holding the throttle down but it won't make the noise or change lights indicating that its calibrated that endpoint and is ready for the next. and one time i just let off and it continued programming itself butstill would do anything it would use start flashing the green and yellow lights. any ideas whats up because I'm lost.

What radio are you using? I have pretty much the same set up. MMP matched with a ballistic 13.5t. Are you absolutely positive all your motor connections are correct and have a good solder connection? Also is your sensor harness hooked in properly? I noticed with mine it is a VERY tight fit and takes a fair amount of effort for the sensor lead to fully seat into the sensor port on the ESC.

Shoot me a pm if you need any more help.
