MIP's on wraith
 
if I add a long drive hub part no MIP11117 will it clear my spur gear cover with out trimming it ?? I have the AX10 shafts

Just a FYI if you didn't already know, you can use these Traxxas Screw Pin 4x15mm Revo (6) to attach those ax10 shafts to the other side of the tranny and the axle outputs.

Thanks and yes I have the traxxas pins, the rear shaft is in.

The MIP11117 still use the smaller Wraith sized pin.

Mine cleared the cover when installed, but every tiny rock and stick got jammed in there. Had to trim the cover a bit to keep my sanity

Im using the AX 10 mips and had to trim a little but it gives you a bigger pin and they are cheaper.

Weird. I run the cover on all but one of my trucks and have never encountered that problem. and my Wraith especially has spent time crashing through the woods "off trail" :ror:

It cleared by 1 maybe 2mm. I would have taken the cover off completely, but all my wiring runs just above the spur gear. The back half of the plastic cover is still really close, like wore through the coating of the shaft close.
