| *FeelMyWraith's* Wraith
Hi all, just wanted to show off my wraith. Nothing too crazy but I'm happy with it so far and wanted to share. All of the panels are made from .032 alum that i fabbed my self including the hood, side panels, boat sides, Battery plate and roof with lighting cowl. I'm kinda going for a mad maxish theme and I'm going to build basically everything i possibly can for it. I wired in a high output LED for a spotlight and made a cowl with a grill for protection. There's also a H.O. LED in the front on the underside of the chassis for ground lighting. It's got a milwaukee 14.4v drill motor that has gobs of torque and has pretty good top speed as well. Lots of vanquish goodies and a few STRC parts. The drive lines are stock with an aluminum rod inserted to help with twisting. Savox 1268sg servo with a castle BEC. Proline Bead locks w/H.B. sedona comp tires. Losi 4" comp crawler shocks to help keep it up right (amazingly better that the stockers). Also have a RC4WD winch tucked away up front with a custom mount but it's not hooked up because i have no use for it but hey, it looks sweet! Feel free to comment, critique or shoot out some ideas! Nice! I've been wanting to do a Mad Max theme as well... Just haven't had the time.

Those boat sides are rad. Are they just integrated into the side panels or are they separate and screwed down underneath?

They are held in place by the 2 lower side panel body screws. There's a 63 degree bend and a 5/8" lip that slides beneath the side panel and then they both are screwed in . Works great and they are fairly strong. Doesn't get caught up in the sharp rocks nearly as bad now.
