| operation : orange lightning
I just tore my wraith down to bare cage and Im gonna ain't it orange but I was wondering about relocating the esc,battery and the electronics box to the back

Battery up front will give better weight distribution..

keep batt up front. with esc. everything else in the back including your BEC if your running one; you want to keep things away from each other as much as possible

I painted my wraith chassis w/ Pactra Comp Orange. Looked awesome but it will scratch off easily. Next time around I'd use a dedicated plastic paint like Krylon Plasticote and sand the sh** out of all the pieces to give the paint a good surface to adhere to. Good luck, throw up some pics when you're done.

Thanks for the tips fellas. I'm gonna finish getting the wraith apart then I'm gonna get the paint for everying on Wednesday how would I relocate the battery and shit I'm kinda new to this kind of thing seeing as how this is my first actual rc

BENDER has a wraith kit build thread where he mods the stock tray to fit it up front. Thats what most people will do initially. You'll have to do some googling but there's lots to be found on the mod. A dremel is going to be your best friend if you are the customizing, DIY type.

The stock battery tray will fit right in front if the cab if you sit it on its side. The center hole of the side tab on the battery tray should line up with a hole in the chassis. The interior will have to be trimmed to let it fit. There's a few threads you can search for that show how.
