I have both, from what I gather the Pro4 has the 5mm shaft and the Roc is designed for more low end torque. The Roc is based on the Pro4. The Roc for sure has great low end and is no slouch on the top end either.

Ty at tekin has said on other threads that they are essentially the same thing (except the kv and pinion size obviously). There are some tweaks for low end speed control but essentially the same. Dna |

Cool. So the roc does or does not have a 5mm shaft? Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk |

you can use the pro4 rotor on a 412. its about $55 last time i looked. problem I've herd is you can only run/fit and 11t pinion with the 5mm shaft. big strength gain but huge gear tuning loss. only seen one guy break the standard 412 shaft to.

| Robinson Racing makes a pretty good assortment of 5mm pinions now. I run a 14 tooth on mine.

Cool. I'll stick with 412 shaft. I'm sure it'd be fine. Plus I have about 6 different 32p robinson pinions to go with the Gen3 slipper. Sent from my SCH-I545 using Tapatalk |

I put my pro4 3100 in my brothers wraith and took it out for test run. All metal tranny. Mips shafts and VP links and wheel axle parts. TSL 2.2 swampers. All electronics are under the hood. Hill climbs really well.
