I run the 93mm piggybacks with a little heavier weight oil in a droop set up. I still get a little bit of a leak but it's not nearly as bad as my kings did. I don't think it's every going to seal perfectly. What weight oil are you running? I am running a 30wt in mine and have had good success but I also don't bash on mine and my rig is a fairly heavy wraith.

I've tried the oil that came with them and also some team associated 35wt oil. I could deal with a little leak but mine soak the lower shock mount. I'm not bashing just crawling. My Wraith is pretty heavy also.

If I remember correctly some of the seals can be put in the wrong location on assembly. I added Green Slime to mine when I built them, and haven't had any leaks. Then again, mine hasn't been used since assembly.. still sitting on my bench.

Odd, i haven't had any issues with mine leaking, going on 20 packs now of use. I use TLR 32.5w oil and Green Slime when built. Are you sure you didn't knick the o-rings when building.

They are some sweet looking shocks but if I can't get them to seal up I'm not going to run them. I have gotten some junk shocks to seal up so these surprise me. I guess i could have knicked them but I didn't think so. Is there any place to get replacement o rings?
