Default Is my Savox already dead?

I just got a new Savox 1230sg last week. Yesterday the plastic servo horn stripped out. No big deal, I put another plastic one on for now while I wait for the aluminum one to get here. Only problem now is that the wheels seem locked in place if I try to turn them by hand when the truck is powered up. If I turn with the TX they seem to turn ok. Also if I unplug the battery then they move fine by hand.
The servo seems a bit noisier than before too.

Any ideas? I thought savox is supposed to be good, could it be damaged already?

Tons of questions man. Battery? What ESC? are you using a BEC? Is the Servo hot to the touch? Any possible place it could be binding somewhere?

The servo is supposed to hold its position when its powered up.
