U4RC/KOH Build Stage 1 Dinky RC hood and roof. Love that roof light setup. There wasn't the exact color I wanted in any brand of paint, came down to mixing it and airbrushing. I wanted the orange I used on my hardbody, but it was Krylon. Used some automotive plastic adhesion promoter and applied few thin coats. worked fine. Stock light buckets fit perfect. Then I got the bug to paint the cage to match. Looks so good together.

Re: U4RC/KOH Build Stage 1 The Carter Fab 3 piece sides and full front inner fenders fit perfect and really enclose the front electronics area. Painted the sides with self etching primer then black metallic to match the other panels. Then, of course, I had to paint the rings to match too. Had to remove the first bars inside the bumper so that the lights would clear when they were in the hood. Did some light interior details. Will replace stock inside in near future. Battery forward,ESC, BEC, and stock light controler in Dinky RC fuel cell. Radio in the rear stock box.

Re: U4RC/KOH Build Stage 1 Lights installed and taped or hot glued in position. RC4WD 11.1v light set. Velcro for the hood. Many like magnets, but velcro never fails me.And I despise big ugly body posts sticking out. A few glamour shots.

Re: U4RC/KOH Build Stage 1 Scaaaaaaale mud added! Maybe I should call it the sloth. Next comes the chassis and steering. Keeping the Tekin fxr, I use a axial 27t for racing and a Tekin 45t for crawling and trails. I use the stock lights as rock lights on the sides and dash lights in the cockpit. Savox sb 2270 monster torque servo, AMF front diff guard (which I don't recommend. it hangs bad. Delrin would be much better.).
