Novak 35T Gearing?

just picked up a Novak 35T what are my best gearing options with the least amount of chance on burning it up?

i was running a stock 20T with 17 pinion and 87 spur....burnt the motor up in about 20 minutes and it was brand new....

When I had my wraith, I was running 14/90 on 4s with 43/13's in the diffs.

i like 87/15 it had alot of snap when i needed to give it alittle bump. Temps were good also.

i put it in today and went with 20/87...crawls pretty nice, lots of torque, not as much wheel speed as i would like though..

On my fastback 2, I have a pro hand wound tekin 45t with 15/87 gearing. That thing is a torque monster! And with 3s power, it moves a$$ for a 45t. 20/87 seems kinda high for that, just keep an eye on the temps and you should be fine.
