Default Thank you

Hello everyone, i am a new member here and i just wanted to say thank you to everyone for all the awesome information here.

I have an Axial wraith Poison Spyder RTR, the wraith is highly upgraded with information and recommendations from knowledgeable and experienced
members on this forum. So i thought it is necessary to say thanks and explain what i have done and show some pics.

This is my first RC car, the Wraith was recommended by so many for a first car.

The wraith at this stage has the following upgrades:

Holmes Hobbies 13t crawl master motor
Holmes Hobbies BR-XL (Waterproof)
15/84 48p trans gears
Supershafty bullet proof motor plate
HR hardened steel gear set
Axial Wraith Rock Racer MIP Spline Center Drive Kit MIP11116
Savox SA-1230SG Coreless Digital Metal Gear Servo (Yes the noisy one)
Axial Aluminum Servo Horn 25T
CASTLE 10A BEC
VANQUISH PRODUCTS AXIAL WRAITH 3/16 DIAMETER 10PC titanium link set
Vanquish Products Vanquish Axial Wraith Stage 1 Kit
Axial 12mm Aluminium Hex Hub
Vanquish VPS04723 AR60 OCP Machined Link Mounts
Vanquish VVD Heavy Duty Axle shafts
Axial AX12015 Ripsaw 2.2" Rock Crawler Tires
Vanquish 475 SLW hubs
Vanquish SLW 2.2 Wheels
Vanquish SLW beadlock rings
CI DD foams 5.5 Medium front Firm rear
Proline powerstroke shocks ( Slash rear all round )
Aluminum Axial Wraith Body Panel Kit

Lighting:

Main front bumper lights are 8mm straw hat LEDS 36 lumen each
bonnet LEDS are 5mm straw hats
Rear are standard high intensity 5mm red LEDS

All LED'S are powered by a 5.4v supply (4x AA rechargeable sanyo eneloop battery's 2550mah)
On off switch is located on the passenger side dash board.

Other electronics:

ESC, receiver and CC BEC is mounted inside a small polymer box in the rear of the car along with
a 10 amp DC double pole switch. The box is mounted to a aluminum strap. The strap is mounted
to the chassis with cable ties ( I didn't want to make holes in the chassis near the rear shocks )

Body:

Obviously the fastback mod is a must for looks (My opinion). The paint and stickers are my random design.
I've started to use a KNK stainless hardware kit, when i remove a screw i replace it with stainless. I used
cap screws on the roof panel to help prevent damage when the car roles. (They help but dont prevent)

On order awaiting delivery:

Silver CNC Aluminum Servo Mounts by ST Racing
2x Vanquish Products Vanquish Axial Wraith HD Aluminum Truss
2x Vanquish VPS04301 Axle housing CNC Machined Aluminum Black Axial Wraith
2x Vanquish VPS03241 AR60 Axle Differential Cover Silver Axial Wraith
Axial Wraith Golden Horizons Aluminum Internal Diff Holder
Axial HD Bevel Gear set 38T (front)
Axial Heavy-Duty Bevel Gear Set 43T/13T (rear)

Thanks again everyone

Thanks mate...I'm a technician by trade so the technical stuff is not so hard to interpret, common sense also helps.

I promise this is my first car and all info comes from this forum
