Shock tower holes in Wraith hood

I have a BGR front shock tower on my Wraith. The BGR shock tower requires you to cut holes in your hood for clearance of the front shocks and tower.
Is there a trick to marking the holes that need to be cut? Also, what is the best way to cut the holes?

I'm just wondering if there are any tricks or tips for marking and cutting the shock tower clearance holes, before I start on it.

Thanks!

I used the cone shape stone on the dremel. http://www.walmart.com/ip/15107702?w...520192&veh=sem

So, did you just use a marker and draw out what you wanted to cut out? Used the cone shaped stone to grind it it out?

Thanks for your help!

I did mark the general area first, drilled a hole big enough for the tip of the stone to fit, then fired up the dremel and free-handed it until I got enough clearance. I had a different shock setup than you, but here it is...http://i883.photobucket.com/albums/a...ps730568bf.jpg
