Re: New Wraith

At least the wheels should hold a little better with the updated hex. Hopefully!

Re: New Wraith

Actually.. Dual slipper, 32p gears, HD drive shafts, molded interior.. Looks like a step in the right direction.. Not a fan of the body though.

Just seen it on YouTube , nice timing as I'm looking to get my first wraith once a mate has paid me for the honcho he is having off me.

Re: New Wraith

Wonder why they don't update the kit version to 32pitch dual slipper and HD driveshaft?

Re: New Wraith

That battery may be a challenge to install inside that body with it bolted on in 4 places.

They gave this one the Deadbolt treatment to drop the cost. The low cost ESC has to be a huge factor in the price drop.

They are not showing the updated hex, they are still showing the pin drive in the instructions.

I would like the interior for my current wraith, should be lighter and have plenty of room underneath.

Go in through the rear windows?

Re: New Wraith

Maybe if I didn't already have one. Still waiting for Axial to update ANY of their rigs with batteries located where people actually put them. I know the kids want RC stuff for Christmas and at least one wants a Wraith. She's pretty much set on the Poison Spyder though. I do actually like the looks of the body and covering that station wagon rear cage...that once again...most people change.

They look cut out to me. I doubt that body will last long like that

Hmmmmm....

Ooops, didn't look at the instructions, just went by this:

"Utilizes new 2x11mm pins for added strength. Updated plastic hub adapter to eliminate slop and capture the new 2x11mm pin." :?:
