Default Supershafty availability

I'm slowly upgrading my wraith. I have a roc412 waiting to go in. But where can I get stronger trans and gears?is supershafty still available for purchase?
Thanks

I believe there is a way to get on a email list. So when the parts you want become in stock you are notified.

I thought they only built complete transmissions to order now, so it always shows no stock

I recently e-mailed them also with no response. Why keep them on their website, if they have no intentions of them being available then?

For what its worth I have an SS Bombproof trans but prior to that I had the stock trans with the Axial hardened gears set and RR 48p slipper setup and had no issues with my ROC412 on 3s, I think the bigger outputs and such are really not necessary until you go up to 4S and generally doing U4/bashing type of stuff. I actually feel the 48p gearing was a bit smoother down low.

With the exception of the 6mm outputs and SS beefy top shaft you can easily build up a similar trans with the 5mm outputs with parts from Hot Racing, most of the parts on the SS 5mm output bombproof trans is HR stuff. For my use (crawling) a lot of this stuff is overkill and just adds weight.

A lot of people keeps forgetting that most vendors are a one man show. They do have a life or a full time job beside being just a vendor.

It is difficult to keep up with the demand of popular parts. Be patient, it is worth it, as I ordered most parts from him for my Bombproof tranny built.

Will wait months if I could get conformation that they received my order or put my name on the waiting list.

Not having to upgrade a aftermarket part is well worth the wait. I don't like to have to spend money on something twice.

Rick is a great guy he really goes all out for his customers, I have an SS transmission for my wraith, and I'm definitely getting another for my scx10, once I open the kit.

Rick told me, through email, that he's going through some supplier changes, and a lot of stuff going on right now.
He's a one man show, so we gotta be patient. I've been waiting for the SS Wraith Ultimate motor plate to be back in stock.
Add you email address to be notified when it's back in stock. He'll let you know when more are in stock.

I had to wait 2 months fora beefy topshaft. Let me tell you it was worth the wait. If I had to do it again. I would of just bought the complete bombproof trans. Instead of buying the piece parts over time.
