| The best 2.2 RC4WD Tire
Hi sorry for my bad english. I m looking for the best RC4WD tire for the Wraith. which will mature on an original wraith with 6 lug wagon wheel with steel RC4WD OEM Steel 2.2 Stock Beadlock Wheel Hexes. What do you think, my favorites are 2.2 Rok Lox, Interco IROK 2.2 Super Swamper Scale Tires and the Interco Super Swamper 2.2 TSL/Bogger Scale Tire . Matze |

I know a lot of people are gonna say the compound isnt the best, and they are right!!!! But i run rok lox on rc4wd wagon wheels on my 1.9 and my wraith but mounted to axial 8 hole beadlocks.i honestly can tell ya, my 1.9 rok lox work awsome with NO FOAMS!!! The wagon wheels fit so tight that they actually hold air!!!! And the 2.2's great on the wraith too.The compounds are a little tuff but they do the trick for me

Ah, i understand. have 1.55 "Beadlocks from RC4WD. They are very good. what would you do in 2.2 on the wraith and drive this rim? I am looking for a mature with good gripp, have also been to the Hot Body Sedona thought, but not scale very well. matze |

I like my iroks. I would have bought pit bull rock beast's but they were not in stock anywhere when I wanted something. That being said, pro line came out with a 2.2xl super swamper tsl. At 5.8" tall. I really like the smaller tsl's I have on my scx10. The 2.2 xl's on the wraith would be awesome |

The best 2.2 RC4WD tire I have ran to date are the Baja Claw TTC in the sticky compound. Also, get a proper set of foams as well. | |

I have the 2.2" boggers. At first They were to hard and squared off, but now that I have some wear on them they are allot sticker. I use the stock foams that are really broken in. The way I run them is in crawler mode, they are to flat and soft for speed runs. Overall, I enjoy them.

I don't care what anyone says the super swampers is the best. I have two wraiths and they both have them on. Climb and go just about anywhere. Ive actually tested them on one wraith with one obstacle then with the same wraith same obstacle just different tires and the swampers came out on top by miles.

I absolutely love my TTC Baja Claws. My wraith has gone everywhere I've asked it to with those tires. I wore the treads right out on one side and am now running them backwards and they are still going strong. In the woods with more roots and dirt and fewer rocks I like the Boggers in same compound. They are unstoppable in those conditions. |

| Re: The best 2.2 RC4WD Tire Don't cut the foams! They will be too soft. They're just about right in my experience. Just run them as is and see how you like them. You might even want stiffer foams, some do.

they would be 10× better with foams, ive just been lazy and running them like that.my plan is to put some decent foams in because whenever the temp drops or raises the pressure changes they worked for me with no foams but ive been wanting to try something different.thanks for eye opening insite guys |

What would be a good foam to use with the Iroks? IIRC, the CI foams come in different t diameters and I'm not sure which would be best. I'm about to get a set for my Wraith to replace the Mudslingers that are currently on it. I absolutely love the Slingers but was looking for something a little bit taller.

I do alot of trailing and bashing and the bogger ss tires have not let me down yet. Also have run the pro line tsl and for what I do the boggers seem to work better imo

I never thought I would use a better tire than the Proline TSL's but I am REALLY impressed with the Baja Claws. I run them on RC4WD Steelies. They are air tight on those rims but still very soft and malleable.
