foams for 2.2 baja claws??

I have been running a set of 2.2 baja claws on my wraith in the new compound and couldn't be happier with the tires...I mostly trail (climb short steep hill) and occasionally hit the rocks in creeks.
I have been running 5.5" 2 stage CI foams. which are pretty short for this tires and I ended up with a super soft setup with awesome forward bite but the tires just fold up so the side hill and speed is pretty bad.
I just got a set of tall CI 2 stage foams with soft and med. outer rings. They fill the tire great but they also feel a little firm. Will I lose a ton of forward bite?
I was also wondering what you guys were running for foams?

(I KNOW I KNOW... TEST AND TUNE... but I'm running mayhem beadlocks with 32 screws per wheel so im really hoping to get it right the 1st time)
