Wraith tips and tricks thread?

Why is there no dedicated tips and tricks thread for wraiths like the one in the scx10 section, we all know things like the fast back/cage mods, hinged hood and etc..but I'm curious to see what else guys have come up with for little tricks

So let's here it folks, what kind of tricks have you found? I just flipped my link mounts on the axles to get it down just a little bit and I have seen where some guys have flipped the upper rear shock mounts up to get it a little lower also

I recently removed factory cage and havent looked back,installed any 2.2 cage,installed factory dig kit offered by Axial , our wraiths are super class comp. crawlers, two sweet rides in one, after installing quick. Disconnect leaders coming out of receiver box,it only takes eight side screws,four shock screws and ten minutes to change over, with staggered axle 3 rd members, its a better comp.car...and tho its a shafty, buy xr 10 axles and mod,irs still cheap . And less time consuming than building a box stock xr10, which I run a bully. ..nuff said

Take any scx10, using wraith plastic sides,i made duplicates in tin,laid plastic on tin traced,cur out w snips,remove scx10 shock mountshold up tin sides,ruff out holes,drill.screwin ffront first..eyeball,mark ,drill rear..duplicate othee side...you just made narrow chassis rat rod body,remove body pins.stow electonics,build flat fenders up front, b creative closing in...will post pics.once I figure it out,help!

Also this mod allows you to use scx as a comp crawler, like a g.made or run scale body and cleans uo undercArraige And antiques OR gives u sticker wall .my favorite is light mounting points...

I have stock glued Ripsaws on my wraith and I decided to cut every other lug on these stock glued wheels and tires to see what the difference is

Useful tip: As Dr. Newb mentioned above, you can cut lugs off tires to help them clear out debree better and to grab the rocks. Various ways to do it too.
