| My new Wraith Spawn - newbie crawler/trailer
Hey everyone! Another new guy to crawling and just wanted to say hello. I ordered my Wraith last week and just waiting for it to arrive. In the mean time, I've been purchasing a few things here and there to put in once the Wraith gets here. I ordered the wraith full interior instead of the one it comes with, because I like the idea of having different drivers. So far I think he likes the interior: Hopefully my rig gets here soon and I can create a nice build/show thread for my Wraith here. |

| Re: My new Wraith Spawn - newbie crawler/trailer Congratulations on the purchase of your new wraith. You will have fun. In the mean time read up on Harleys threads on the mods. Lots of great options there on setting up your new wraith. Welcome to the forums, you will learn much here. |

I like that you have Spawn as the driver of your Wraith Spawn.

My Wraith finally arrived! I thought I was going to have delivery problems as, UPS never scanned the package as picked up, and never had any updates, but Friday afternoon there my was my rig, waiting at the front door! So I immediately got to work on it. Moved all electronics to the front with the battery. Installed BEC while everything was out. Then chopped the body. This will probably be it for a while, while I save up for the aluminum servo horn, steering and drag links, and servo. |

| Re: My new Wraith Spawn - newbie crawler/trailer Nice, your first body mod. This alone will set you apart from any other local spawn owners out there, also while adding a touch of your personality to your rig. Depending on your driving style and how hard you are on your wraith, upgrade the parts as they break. The factory stuff is good for trailing and some mild crawling. Plus its easy on your wallet without spending a ton of cash up front. Dress it up to your liking, wheels, suspension, cosmetic stuff to add your personality. On the other hand, us hardcore guys believe " function before fashion ". Quality replacement parts is definitely at the top of our list, again it depends on your driving style. Have fun with your new rig. |

I love my spawn . Yours is looking good so far. I would highly recommend replacing the steering servo and links to metal . The plastic ones need to go ASAP .

Well, Finally got to take the rig out for a run. I had a blast! She ran well from what I can tell. I did order the metal steering links and aluminum servo horn. Should be here sometime next week. Here are some pics from today's run! |

| Re: My new Wraith Spawn - newbie crawler/trailer Cool, looks like your having fun with your new rig. Keep in mind when you upgrade your steering servo what number of teeth servo horn you have. They are not interchangeable with all servo's. |
