Default ar60/axle problem

my axle won't fit through my beef tube. what now?

Grind the axle with a dremel so it fits...

You must be using dog bones universals don't have that flange.

Chuck it up in a drill and pick your poison for grinding it down.

This is how I did mine. Put them in a drill, pulled the trigger and held a file to the flange. Didn't have to remove very much material.
